In the year of 1891, a famous college was having some trouble with its boy students. When the weather was bad, they couldn’t play outside. So Dr. Naismith thought for a few days and invented a kind of ball game. It was an exciting game with much moving and passing of the ball. It was played between two teams. At first, Dr. Naismith had planned to have the ball thrown into a box. As he couldn’t find boxes of the right size, he had to use a fruit basket instead. That is how the game got its name basketball. 七、書面表達(dá)（本大題 15 分）（One Possible Version）
Should we be allowed to wear our own clothes
Next Friday, we will have a class meeting . We’ll talk about whether we teenagers should be allowed to wear our own clothes at school.Here are my opinions.
Some of the classmates may think it is better to wear school uniforms at school. It doesn’t need us to spend too much money and we don’t need to think what to wear every morning. And it could form a better environment for study if everyone wears school uniforms.
But some classmates might think we should be allowed to wear our own clothes. Because they could choose their own favorite colors and styles and they would feel more comfortable in their own clothes. And if everyone is different in crowds, clothes will show our personalities.
As for me, I think we should wear school uniforms at school. Because the school is a good place to study. If we think more about study, then we will think less about other things. Of course, we should be allowed to wear our own clothes on vacations.

二、評分方式
評分時，采用整體印象評分法。首先確定五類不同檔的分?jǐn)?shù)分別為一檔、二檔、三檔、四檔五檔，每檔均有涉及“內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)、語言表達(dá)、邏輯連貫和緊扣主題”等四個方面的細(xì)則。閱卷教師應(yīng)依據(jù)這四個方面的總體印象給出相應(yīng)的分?jǐn)?shù)。
一檔(13-15分)
1.覆蓋所有內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)，達(dá)到預(yù)期寫作目的。
2.結(jié)構(gòu)完整，語句流暢，意思清楚、連貫。使用較為豐富的語法結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯，語法、詞匯等方面錯誤較少，具備較強(qiáng)的語言運(yùn)用能力，且書寫規(guī)范，格式正確。
3.能有效地使用常見連接詞表示順序和邏輯關(guān)系，連接信息做到符合邏輯、意義連貫。
4.緊扣主題，無跑題、偏題等現(xiàn)象。
二檔(10-12分)
1.較好地完成了規(guī)定的寫作任務(wù)，雖漏掉1、2處次重點(diǎn)寫作信息，但基本上包含所有內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)。
2.結(jié)構(gòu)較為完整，語句完整，意思清楚。語法結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯錯誤較少，格式基本正確，書寫較規(guī)范。
3.能應(yīng)用簡單的語句間的連接成分，使全文結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。
4.雖有少量無關(guān)信息，但基本能圍繞主題。
三檔 (7-9分)
1.基本上完成了規(guī)定的寫作任務(wù)。重要的寫作要點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容信息有缺失。
2.結(jié)構(gòu)欠完整，少數(shù)語句不通順，意思基本清。語法結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯錯誤較多，但基本不影響理解。格式基本正確，書寫基本規(guī)范。
3.能應(yīng)用簡單的語句間的連接成分，使全文內(nèi)容基本連貫。
4.整體而言，基本能圍繞主題，能看出寫作意圖。
四檔(4-6分)
1.未恰當(dāng)完成規(guī)定的寫作任務(wù)。只包含少數(shù)內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)。
2.結(jié)構(gòu)不完整，多數(shù)語句欠完整，意思不夠清楚。語法結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯錯誤較多，影響理解。格式不夠正確，書寫欠規(guī)范。
3.較少使用語句間的連接成分，內(nèi)容缺少連貫性。
4.主題不大明確，信息未能清楚地傳達(dá)給讀者。
五檔(0-3分)
1.未能按要求完成規(guī)定的寫作任務(wù)。未能理解寫作要求，明顯遺漏主要內(nèi)容，只寫出個別要點(diǎn)，寫了一些無關(guān)內(nèi)容。
