Unit4 What's wrong with you？（Lesson20）
一．教學目標
1.能夠聽說讀寫以下句子:
I'm ill today.
What's wrong with you
I have a bad cold/fever/headache/cough.
I’m afraid I can’t go to school today.
Don't worry about your lessons.
I'll help you with your English/maths/Chinese.
2. 能夠在真實語境中,知道如何打電話、生病請假。
3. 能夠對生病的詞匯有所了解,可以正確地表達。
4. 能夠關心他人,在別人生病的時候去探望并幫助其復習功課,有正確地價值觀。
5. 能夠學會基本的自主學習的方法,鍛煉小組合作學習的能力。
二．學情分析
學生在三年級學過學生受傷的表達方法,對如何表達有一定的了解,在四年級也學過主要句型What's wrong with you 五年級進一步的深化,讓學生學會如何打電話請假,如何去探望別人,如何幫助別人,正確引導學生,形成正確地價值觀,有助于學生身心的發展。五年級更注重學生語用能力的培養,創設真實情境,讓學生融入情境,適時的游戲活動,激發學生的興趣,讓學生積極主動學習,培養學生語用能力。

　　So I went to the hospital in the morning.At the doctor’s,the doctor asked me, “What’s wrong with you ”I told him, “I have a headache.” Look at the picture.(出示ppt)教學“What’s wrong with you ”(板書醫生圖片和句子并教學) T:Good.Look at me .I have headache(做頭疼的表情)。What does it mean Can you guess

　　T:Yes.頭疼。Listen to me carefully.Head,ache,headache.Now look at the picture.（ppt） Head(圖片)+ache headache(頭疼的圖片) What’s meaning of ache in Chinese
　　Ps:…抽生讀 Headache，headache /have a headache/I have a headache.
　　結合語境和場景，學習詢問和描述病癥的表達法“What’s wrong with you ”“I have a …”
　　Teaching objectives：
　　1. 通過學習have a stomachache, have a headache, have a cold, have a toothache, have a backache等動詞詞組，掌握及運用如何描述病癥。
　　2. 能夠用句型“What’s wrong with you ”“I have a …”來詢問他人或描述自己的病癥，提高學生實際運用英語的能力和交際能力。
　　Teaching importance and difficulties：
　　1. 動詞詞組have a stomachache, have a headache, have a cold, have a toothache, have a backache的發音和拼寫。
　　2. 學習、運用句型“What’s wrong with you ”“I have a …”來詢問他人或描述自己的病癥。
　　3. Teaching methods: 情景導入法、多媒體輔助法、游戲教學法、動作教學法、情境教學法、交際法
　　Studying methods:合作交流法、交際法
　　Teaching Aids: cards, tape , recorder, pictures
T: Very well.(板書，學生朗讀) Ps: I have a headache…(邊做動作邊讀) 把問句和答語連起來讀。
　　2、教學have a cold.
　　I have a headache. Do you know why
　　At the doctor’s, the doctor told me. “I have a cold.”(ppt出示，分組讀，教學完短語后板書)
　　3、教學have a stomachache. 視頻導入，方法同上，注意短語與句子的結合練習 操練單詞使用藏寶藏的游戲。齊讀
　　4、教學have a toothche, have a backache. 先出示tooth和back復習單詞，再出示牙疼和背疼的圖片，讓學生根據headache猜測如何表達牙疼，背疼，再練習和檢測。 方法同上。
　　5、Practise.
　　1）讀短語，貼圖片。
　　2）Play a game(炸彈游戲)。
　　3）Say and do
　　三、Production
　　1、情景表演，呈現。
　　T:Now,This is the doctor and Tom. Please listen to the conversation between them, and try to find out what they are talking about.
　　A:Good morning!
　　B:Good morning!
　　A:What’s wrong with you
　　B:I have a cold.
　　2、創設不同的情境讓學生自編對話。
　　3、同排練習后抽生表演。
　　4、課堂作業練習
Homework：
大聲朗讀本節課所學內容，預習余下的內容，與家長討論生病時醫生會給的建議，為下節課做準備。
