單元教學建議:
本單元的話題是中國的傳統節日。教師可結合五上Christmas引入,課前可要求學生搜集一些關于中國的傳統節日的信息,包括日期、食物和風俗習慣等,為課堂教學做準備。本單元的詞匯除了節日名詞和食物之外,還包括十二個月份,教師可幫助學生復習季節類和星期類的詞匯。為了方便教學和操練,師生可準備日歷本。
本單元的句型有兩個,都是一般現在時態,一個是用來表達節日的日期,一個是用來描述人們在不同節日里的常見活動和慶祝方式。

1. 能聽懂、會說、會讀單詞 spring festival, mid-autumn festival, dragon boat festival, the double ninth festival, rice cake, dumpling等。
2. 能聽懂、會說、會讀、會寫單詞 January, February, May, June, September, October等。
3. 能聽懂、會說、會讀、會寫句型 The spring festival is in January or February. People eat dumplings at this festival.
4. 能知道字母th在單詞中的讀音。
