Show some pictures of the community activities and ask the students: What can you see in the pictures Do you know anything about community centres Guide students to think about the role of the community center. 2. Lead to the theme of this lesson: Today we are going to learn about a community centre and how people help each other there. (Ii) Word learning (10 minutes) 1. The teacher holds the English textbook, clearly read the words "community centre", "noticeboard", "problem", "f far", "sore throat" and so on, and let the students spell. 2. Give the correct answer and explain the usage and collocation of the words. For example, "community centre" means "community center", and "have a problem" means "there is a problem". 3.
