2. boring /'b r / adj. 乏味的；令人生厭的(物本身乏味)
The trip was so boring.這次郊游真無聊。
It’s a boring book. 那是本乏味的書。
bored 厭倦的;無聊的 （人受到物的影響而表現(xiàn)出來的情緒或狀態(tài)）
He was very bored this afternoon.今天下午，他很煩悶。
Kate is bored with her job. 凱特對她的工作感到厭煩。
3. useful /'ju sfl/ adj. 有用的；有益的
Peter's favorite subject is Chinese, because it's useful.
This is a useful thing，這是件有用的東西。
The fishing rod is very useful.這根釣竿非常有用。
It's useful to do something 做某事兒是有用的It's useful to learn English well.
4. past /pɑ st/
n. 過去; 過去的事情 in the past / The old like to think about the past.
adj. 過去的 in past years / The time for story is past.
prep. 在……之后 twenty minutes past six
5. (be) good with 靈巧的；善于應(yīng)付……的=get on / along (well) with...
(be) good at (doing) sth = do well in 擅長…, 在……方面做得好
(be) good for 對…有益 (be bad for…)
(be) good to…= be friendly to 對…好
Because I'm good with numbers. 因?yàn)槲疑朴谔幚頂?shù)字。（魯教版，六上，U4，P51）
She is good with her hands.她手很巧。
Miss Lee is good with the children. 李老師對孩子很有一套。
Anna is good at dancing. = Anna does well in dancing. 安娜擅長跳舞。
Taking exercise is good for you. 鍛煉對你有好處。
My parents are good to me.
6. help sb with sth. 在某方面幫助某人
help sb. (to) do sth. 幫助某人做某事
I often help him with his English.
= I often help him to learn English.
我經(jīng)常幫助他學(xué)英語。
7. reason /'ri zn/ n. 原因；理由
a reason for (doing) sth做某事的理由
You have no reason for doing that.
the reason why… …的原因
We don't know the reason why he comes here.
Why don't you give any reasons？你為什么沒給出任何理由？
8.聽
listen to / l s( )n t / 聽；傾聽
hear v. 聽到，側(cè)重聽的能力和結(jié)果(客觀)
listen v.聽（listen to…），側(cè)重有意識(shí)地、專注地聽（主動(dòng)）
sound v. 系動(dòng)詞，聽起來，側(cè)重聽的結(jié)果 Sound like … 聽起來 …sound beautiful
9. remember /r 'memb (r)/ v. 記住；記起
remember sth./sb.記得某物/記得某人
remember to do sth.記得要做某事(未做)
remember doing sth.記得做過某事(已做)
Remember to turn off the light when you leave the room.
I remember turning off the light when I left the room.
10. everyone /'evriw n/ pron. 每人；所有人
不定代詞 some/any/every/no + thing/body/one
作主語視作三單
She makes everyone in the class feel special.
他是課上的所有人都覺得不一般。
Everyone in our class wants to visit the Great Wall.
我們班的每個(gè)人都想游覽長城。
11. as / z ; z/ prep. 如同；作為 conj. 當(dāng)…時(shí)；由于
Miss Yang dressed herself as a teacher.
楊女士把她自己打扮的如同一位老師。
He works as a teacher for ten years.
他當(dāng)了10年的老師。
As the students are talking，Mr Wang comes in.
學(xué)生們在說話時(shí)，王老師進(jìn)來。
She may need some help as she is new here.
由于他是新來的，他可能需要一些幫助。
12. the same as... 與…一樣 （反 different from 和…不同）
His bicycle is the same as hers.
the same … as … 和…相同的…
I like the same color as Tom. 我和湯姆喜歡相同的顏色。
13. 某人最喜歡的….是什么？
What's sb's favorite +名詞？
= What+名詞is sb's favorite？
= what+名詞+do/ does sb like best？
What's your favorite color？
=What color is your favorite？
=What color do you like best？
你最喜歡的顏色是什么？
14. Why引導(dǎo)特殊疑問句：詢問原因？通常用Because+句子回答
--Why do you like the picture？
--Because it's very beautiful.
-- Why does Bob like pandas
--Bob likes pandas because they are cute.
15. 提問時(shí)刻：What time幾點(diǎn)鐘
What time is it now
= What's the time now
現(xiàn)在幾點(diǎn)了？答語：It's … o'clock.
--What time do you begin the class？
--At eight o'clock.
(--你幾點(diǎn)鐘開始上課？--在8點(diǎn)鐘。)
16. be going to do sth. 將要做某事，打算做某事兒
You are going to be late. 你要遲到了。
Get up! we are going to do morning exercises.
快起床，我們要做早操了。
I'm going to visit my grandparents tomorrow.
我打算明天去看望我的祖父母。
17. It’s adj. to do sth做某事是…的。
It's interesting to learn about the past.了解過去很有趣。
It's easy to ride a bike. 騎自行車是容易的。
It's funny to wear such a hat. 戴這樣一頂帽子很滑稽。
It’s adj. for sb. to do sth對某人來說，做某事是…的。(描述事物的特性)
It’s adj. of sb. to do sth某人做某事是…的。（人物的性格品質(zhì)，如kind，nice，clever等）
It's important for us to have breakfast every day.
對我們來說，每天吃早飯是重要的。
It's very kind of you to help me with my homework.
你幫我做家庭作業(yè)真是太好了。
it為形式主語，真正的主語是后面的動(dòng)詞不定式短語：
18. Sth. + be + adi. + for sb. 某事/某物對某人來說是…的。
Sports are exciting for students. 運(yùn)動(dòng)對學(xué)生來說是令人興奮的。
It's difficult for me. 那對我很難。
Sing a song is interesting for us. 唱歌對我們來說很有趣。
19. go to+名詞 去…
go to class去上課
go to school去上學(xué)
go to work去上班
