Life Is Full of the Unexpected
Life is full of the unexpected. It is normal to experience something good or
bad.① What's important is that they can teach us something.
② This reminds me of an experience that I had two years ago. One day,we were

My Lucky Day
December 20th,2023 was the luckiest day of my life.
When I woke up that morning,the sky was very dark. I rushed to the bus station and took the early bus as usual. By the time I got to school,the bell had rung. Later that day,as I was waiting in line for lunch,I suddenly realized that I had left my school ID card at home. One good thing was that my classmate Lisa shared her lunch with me,which made me feel so lucky and warm.
I learned that it's important to take good care of my things. At the same time,we should give others a helping hand when they are in need so that we can bring them luck.
I think that is the best day I've ever had. What a lucky day!

How We Make Our Environment More
Beautiful
The environmental problem is attracting more and more attention. As students, we can do a lot to protect our environment.
① First of all （首先）, we should develop
good living habits. For example, we mustn't throw away rubbish everywhere. Sort the rubbish before throwing. ②Besides（除此之外）, ③ we should turn off the lights when we leave the room in order to save the energy. We'd better turn off the taps when we brush our teeth.
④ What's more （更重要的是）,walk or ride a bike to school ⑤ instead of（而不是） taking a taxi or driving a car. ⑥Last but not least （最后但同樣重要的是）, we can save water by reusing it. Save Wild Animals
Animals are people's friends. But many wild animals are
facing the danger of dying out.
More and more wild animals are in great danger for many reasons. For one reason, fresh air and clean water are polluted so that the environment which animals live in is destroyed. For another, since many trees are cut down, many animals lose their
homes and they don't have enough food to eat. What's worse, many animals are killed
for money.
There is no doubt that every animal helps to keep the balance in nature. So we must save wild animals. On the one hand,we should make rules on animal protection and everyone should follow them. On the other hand, we should stop putting rubbish into the sea.
Animals are not only our friends,but also the priceless natural resources. Protecting and saving animals can make us share a blue sky. So let's take action to protect animals.

My Unforgettable Junior High School Life
I can't believe it has been three years since I
was a middle school student. ①Looking back at these past three years, lots of memories come to my mind one after another.
I remember the pride of overcoming fear after many long hours of training with my classmates in Grade 7. In Grade 8, I ② used to

When I was in Grade 7, my parents pushed me so hard on my study that I couldn't have enough time to read.
Once in a while, I felt so upset and anxious that I quarreled with my parents. My teacher taught me how to keep balance between my study and leisure reading. Thanks to my teachers, I've learned how to be a good reader as well as get plenty of knowledge.
