資源簡介 課 題 Unit6 Food and Drinks (Warming up & Listening and speaking) 課 型 Listening and speaking 課 時 1授課班級 授課時間 40mins 授課教師教材分析 本課教學內容選自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”職業教育國家規劃教材,《英語1 基礎模塊》中第六單元的熱身(Warming Up)和聽說(Listening and Speaking)板塊,聽說部分,要求學生能在對話交際中獲得關于飲食的信息,并談論與飲食相關的內容。學情分析 飲食是和學生生活息息相關的話題,不少學生也會關注網絡“吃播”,對這一話題有興趣度。對于一些常見的飲食表達,如dumpling和steak,學生有一定了解,也能用簡單句式I like/I hate表達喜好。但對更多種類飲食的談論能力有限,用英文列舉、討論中華美食的知識儲備不充分,也無法在交際中,從食物味道、個人喜好等方面綜合談論飲食。此外,針對服務類專業學生,也需要提升其提供點餐服務的職場語言溝通能力。因此需要激發學生興趣,引導學生從語言輸入到輸出,從跟讀模仿,到控制性練習,最后到點餐情境下的有效語言交際。學習目標 Knowledge objectives: To learn words and phrases about food and drinks: steak,dumpling,tomato and egg soup. To be able to use these sentences skillfully: Can I take your order now /What would you like to have/eat/drink Would you like… /I’d like.../What would you recommend ... Ability objectives: To be able to order food and talk about one’s own likes and dislikes about food. Emotional objectives: To eat a healthy diet. To respect different people’s different flavors.學習重難點 To skillfully master the words and sentences about ordering food and talking about one’s likes and dislikes about food. Present different words about food. Make use of some games to practice vocabularies about food. Learn the vocabularies about different food. 通過視頻的方式導入食物這一主題,學習食物主題的詞匯后后面的活動做鋪墊。Step 2: Warming up Choose and talk. Introduce the dishes and ask students to use sentences: “I’m a big...lover/I like.../I don’t like .../I can’t stand...” to talk about the food they like and don’t like. Discuss and list. Present the four words: sweet,salty,sour,spicy and group the dishes. 1.Use sentence patterns to talk about food they like and dislike. Learn the words about flavor: sweet,salty,sour,spicy 本環節旨在引出與食物及飲料相關的詞匯與句型,并在有語言提示的情況下,簡單運用相關表達,為下一環節的聽說活動做準備。Step 3: Listening Listen and tick. Look at the pictures and let students predict the content of the listening. Then play the listening. Listen and decide. Before playing the listening, ask students to read the question and choices.Then have a rough guess. Listen and complete. Before listening, let students read the short passage first and fill in as many blanks as possible.Then play the listening and check their answers. Read after the script. Show students the script and ask them to read after the script. Finish the listening activities “Listen and tick/Listen and decide/Listen and complete” in the book. 本環節旨在訓練學生根據已有的信息預測聽力內容,在聽的過程中獲取、歸納并記錄關鍵信息,側重培養學生語言溝通能力和語言交互能力。Step 4: Dialogue learning Watch and answer. Play the video twice. At the first time let students answer “What are they doing ”. At the second time, present some detailed questions “What food does Mary order...” Language points analysis. Analyze the important words and phrases of the dialogue: take one’s order, order sb. to do sth. I’d like sth... Short summary. Analyze the sentence patterns about ordering food. Practice. Present some multiple choices of the important points of the dialogue. Watch the video twice and answer the questions. Understand the important language points and take notes. Get familiar with the sentence patterns and read them out loudly. Practice. 本環節通過觀看視頻回答問題分析重難點,點餐用語總結等活動,使學生掌握點餐的基礎語言表達。夯實重點,為之后的口語輸出做準備。Step 5: Speaking Imitate and practice. Present the dishes and the sentence patterns: What would you like to order... /I’d like to have... Role play. Introduce the differences between Chinese food and western food and show some pictures. Imitate activity 6 and make up a new dialogue and then practice with partners.
