Who在從句中作主語
whom在從句中作賓語,口語中可用who代替
不管定語從句修飾的是人還是物，如果引導詞在從句中作賓語，通常就可以省略。
Did you go to the talk (that/which) the famous scientist gave at your school 你去聽那位著名科學家在你們學校做的演講了嗎？

三、定語從句中引導詞的省略
引導詞在從句中作主語時,就不能省略，否則會造成結構混亂。

【注意】在口語中,在定語從句中作賓語的引導詞往往被省略，但在正式文體中常常被保留。
