一、賓語從句的概念
從句在復合句中作賓語的名詞性從句，
通常放在主句謂語動詞（及物動詞）或介詞之后。
eg. We know Mr Green teaches English.
She asked if these answers were right.

賓語從句
陳述語序，句子結構：
主語+（系動詞、情態動詞、助動詞）+謂語/形容詞
不變語序的情況：
1.What’ the matter /What’s wrong
2.引導詞做主語
3.how引導的感嘆句
特殊情況
引導詞
that 引導的從句，表示陳述一件事實
that在句中無任何意義，不充當句子成分，常省略。
e.g. Judy says that her mum can’t understand English.
that引導的賓語從句
whether/if引導的賓語從句
if/ whether “是否”，說明對陳述的事物不明確或不清楚。常用在ask, wonder, can(could) you tell me 表示疑問不確定意義的詞之后；從句句意完整，不缺成分。
e.g. Judy’s mum wondered whether/if she could possibly improve her English.
注意：只能用 whether不能用 if 的情況
1. 在引導主語從句、表語從句時如：
　⑴Whether it is true remains a question.
　⑵The question is whether it is true.
2. 用在動詞不定式之前時用whether不用if。
　I don’t know whether to go there at once.
3.當與or not連用，或 or 提出兩種選擇時:
I don’t know whether he’s free or not.
Tell me whether you’d like to go shopping or tidy the room.
注意：只能用 whether不能用 if 的情況
4. 在介詞或dicuss后面：
I’m thinking of whether we should go fishing.
We discussed whether we should close the shop.
5. 與動詞不定式連用(whether to do sth.) ：
They asked me whether to go skating.
時態
Wh/H疑問代詞或疑問副詞引導的賓語從句
主句謂語動詞，表示疑問不確定含義，要用疑問代詞引導賓語從句，并在從句中擔任句子成分，具有一定的意義，不可省略。
e.g. Judy’s mum doesn’t know how she can learn English quickly.
1. 當賓語從句是 時（包括肯定句和否定句），由連詞（ ）引導，可省略。
She says she will come soon.
2. 當賓語從句是 時，由連詞 或 引導，翻譯成：“是否”，不能省略。
She asked me she could borrow these books .
Lily wanted to know her grandma liked the handbag .
3. 當賓語從句是 時，由 或 引導。
I wonder the man is .（誰）
Do you know the little kid is (這個小孩多大了？)

賓語從句 引導詞總結
I know he lives here .
I know he lived here ten years ago .
I have heard that he will come tomorrow .
1、主句用現在時或將來時，從句可用任何時態，根據實際情況而定。
2.如果主句是過去的時態（一般過去時，過去進行時），從句的時態一定要用相對應的過去的某種時態（一般過去時，過去進行時，過去將來時，過去完成時）
I knew who lived there.
I saw she was talking with her mother.
He asked whether his father would come back the next day.
He said that he had seen the movie .
3. 從句說明的是一般真理、客觀事實、自然現象時，仍用一般現在時。
He told me the earth moves around the sun.
Mr. Li told me the sun rises in the east.
1. 主語+think/feel/make/find/consider/believe/+it+adj/n+that+賓語從句
2. 主語+hate/like/love/enjoy+it+when/if+賓語從句
eg：I hate it when my mum asks me to write an English essay every day.

注意：否定前移
(1) 謂語動詞為think, believe, imagine, suppose, consider, expect, fancy（喜歡，想要）, guess等
(2)主句的主語是第一人稱 + 時態是一般現在時
