Ways to Relieve Stress
Recently a survey was carried out about ways to relieve stress. 80% of the students prefer watching videos as a way to relax, followed closely by listening to music. Comparatively, only a small number of students chose exercise or talking to others.
While videos and music are fun, spending too much time on our phones can make us rely too much on them and ignore more important things. There are actually better options available. Doing exercise or talking with friends not only relieves stress but also brings us closer to each other.
When feeling stressed, it’s a good idea to try different ways to relax and focus on things that help both our body and mind.

Recently, our school’s English newspaper club conducted a survey themed “Popular Books Among Students”, whose findings aroused a great argument. According to the results, science books enjoy the biggest popularity, which account for ics takes the second place with 26% supporters, followed by Sports and Music, which respectively attract 18% students. At last, only 13%students vote for Classics.
Due to its imagination, creativity as well as close relation to daily life, it is no wonder that Science is the most popular among students. Shouldering heavy study burden, books of Comics, Sports and Music are good choices for students to relax themselves, which explains the reason why they also enjoy certain popularity.
Personally speaking, though Classics is not as attractive as other types, it is indeed a treasure for us to cherish.Hopefully, students can give it a try and it is not until you explore the Classics that you can discover its charm.
