感謝過去3年各位家長對清瀾山學校的信任；感謝過去3年各位老師在清瀾山學校的奉獻；今天，我代表清瀾山學校董事會和領導團隊，向大家表示誠摯的感謝！祝大家節日快樂！
2020年是全世界都陷入空前的恐慌、無序和混亂之中的一年，很多大國的文明底線被刺破，滿世界充滿了“作惡”的聲音和行為不堪的景象；代表著中國企業精神和脊梁的華為，被美國舉全國之力阻扼和圍剿著，華為人在通往山頂的路上苦苦支撐著；還處在山腳下的清瀾山學校，當然無法置身事外，我們的學校、老師、孩子家長和孩子們其實面臨著同樣的危機、迷茫和挑戰。
面對國家空前的危機，清瀾山教育的中國氣質還能否堅守？面對世事無常，清瀾山做“世界教育”的理想還能否推進？面對整個人類的黑暗期，清瀾山的老師、學生和家長們，還能否團結一心、共同向光明邁進？！這是2020年以至未來，我們必須經常自問、認真思考并做出回答的問題。
清瀾山學校是由華為集團全資創辦，由清華附中負責教育教學管理的民辦學校。清華自強不息、厚德載物的精神，一直激勵著每一個清華人，無論投身到哪里，都會行勝于言，全情投入，竭盡全力不辱使命。
2020年的疫情，是對每個國際教育團隊的一次大考核，一次不得不接受的整體考驗。開學至今，90%的國際化學校都還在不同程度地上著網課，也有的學校將開學日期一而再再而三地推遲。而清瀾山學校，能夠按照校歷如期開學，正常進入教學狀態。領導團隊的領導力、教師團隊的凝聚力，使得我們接受了這次考驗、交出了滿意答卷。
老師們在疫情中把握機遇、持續精進。疫情中進行了24次教師網絡培訓，每周研討從無間斷。全校各學科進行了課程體系的更新和梳理；接受了兩個國際組織——Cognia和WASC的網上認證；獲取了劍橋Alevel的教學資質；搭建了學術預備課程和標準化考試課程的體系；成立了各大學院，助力學科專業化發展。包括已經運行：清瀾美術學院、清瀾網球學院、清瀾標準化考試學院、清瀾學術預備課程中心、清瀾學科競賽中心、清瀾教師發展學院等；還有籌建中的：清瀾表演藝術學院、清瀾擊劍學院、清瀾馬術學院等。
清瀾山學校還差一張考卷需要交給社會。
那就是清瀾山學校的升學。
任何一所學校，以獨具的特色來創校，能夠迅速獲得得有共同追求的家長們的共鳴，但是要想長久地立于不敗之地，則需要有過硬的學術水平。過去的三年，清瀾山學校從未放松過學術，未來的每一年，學術仍會是學校的核心工作內容。知識聚力、智慧突圍，最終我們終將引領學生們在知識與智慧的山頂擁抱！
教育是讓每一個人類、每一個你我、每一個孩子，都能挺直了脊梁，立于天地之間的人類文明之魂。而教師節，既是對教師們在教育崗位上作出杰出貢獻的鼓勵，也是對教師們繼續堅守教育陣地的鞭策。
清瀾山學校，雖然只是隱在工業文明叢林里的一所民辦國際化學校，但是每個人的心跳卻都跟這個時代是同步的，我們有令人驕傲的清華血脈和華為血統，我們有朝氣蓬勃、充滿激情的優秀教師隊伍；我們有這一方熱土上被寄予厚望和憧憬未來的莘莘學子，我們有任正非先生“用最優秀的人培養更優秀的人”的殷殷期待，我們有偉大共和國在任何“危險時刻”都可以依賴的堅強后盾；我們還有，站在那里，策劃和辛苦了好多天，為大家慶祝節日的，對我們非常信任和支持的家長們！我相信，清瀾山的教育故事，一定會不斷續寫美好的篇章！
不管是過去、2020，還是未來，我們都將這樣一如既往地要求自己——為教育立心，為學生立命，為國家擔責任，為人類存希望！

Dear all faculty and parents,
Good afternoon! I would like to thank all parents for your trust, thank all faculty for all the commitment in the past 3 years. On behalf of school board and administration, I would like to extend a sincere thanks to you all, wish you a merry Teacher’s Day!
The topic for my speech today is Souls for Education, Mission for Students, Responsibility for our country and Hope for Mankind.
2020 has witnessed an unprecedented panic, disorder and chaos which have pierced the bottom lines of many civilizations when evil sounds and disgraceful acts become rampant. Huawei, the symbol of Chinese entrepreneurship and backbone, has been bombarded and suppressed by America mobilizing the whole country. Huawei people are striving hard on their way to the summit. Tsinglan School, while at the bottom, can hardly stay away. Our teachers, parents, students and the whole school are facing the same crisis, confusion and challenges.
In front of this unprecedented crisis, can we still hold on to our Chinese spirit Can we still push forward our ideal of global education; can we still, in spite of the darkness, be united and move forward to brightness These have been the questions since the beginning of 2020 that we have to ask, ponder and reply.
Tsinglan school is a private school financed wholly by Huawei and run by Tsinglan High School. Tsinghua spirit of efforts and commitment has inspired each of Tsinghua people who, no matter where they are, will act before speak, with full devotion and commitment.
2020 epidemic is a huge test for each international education team, a test we have to take. Since the beginning of this school year, 90% of international schools have still been online delivering classes. We also see some schools postpone the opening date again and again whereas Tsinglan school has gone back to normal and followed school calendar. It is the concerted effort from faculty and administration that contribute to the success.
Our teachers have not ceased to march forward in spite of this virus. We conducted 24 online training in Covid-19 period besides non-stopping weekly seminars. The school has seen the completion and updating of curriculum view book from all contents and successfully received online accreditation from Cognia and WASC, obtained teaching certificate from Cambridge A-level. Moreover, We have designed the curriculum for Academic English Preparatory Course and Standardized Test Course, established a variety of academies. Those in operation already include Tsinglan Art Academy, Tennis Academy, Standardized Academy, AEPC Center, Contest Center, FDI. There are more in preparation including Tsinglan Performing Art Academy, Tsinglan Fencing Academy, Equestrian Academy and etc.
There is one more test waiting for Tsinglan School.
That is college admission.
Every school is founded with its special characteristics, which may quickly strike a chord with parents of the same pursuit. However, long-lasting reputation entails high academic standards. In the past three years, Tsinglan School was always attaching great importance to the academic achievement of students. In the following year, it will keep being the most fundamental task of our school. We are committed to guiding students in their learning journey and acquire ultimate knowledge and wisdom!
Education is the soul of human civilization that makes every human being, every one of us and every student stand up with integrity and ethics. Teacher’s Day is not only an encouragement for teachers who have made outstanding contribution in the teaching position, but also a spur to continuous efforts in the field of education.
Although Tsinglan School is a privately-owned school that is following international track and came into existence in industrial civilization, everyone in our school is tuned in to the time being. We are proud to have both Tsinghua and Huawei blood; we have outstanding teachers who are enthusiastic and passionate; we have students carrying high expectations and looking forward to a promising future; we have the hope from Mr. Ren Zhengfei to develop the best students with the best teachers; we have a great country to rely on in any critical time; we also have students’ parents who have been planning and working for this event for many days and are always there with trust and support! I believe the story of Tsinglan School in education will move on to a new and beautiful chapter!
No matter it is in the past, the year 2020 or the future, we will always bear in our mind the commitment to set the soul in education and mission in our students, shoulder responsibility for our country and maintain hope for human being.
