First, we should love our country as well as our family.

We must keep our promises and be thankful to people who have helped us.
我們必須信守承諾，并對幫助過我們的人心存感激。
We should be friendly with our classmates.
我們應該與同學友好相處。
Second, we should study hard and be creative.
第二，我們應該努力學習并具有創造力。
We should help each other and learn from each other.
我們應該互相幫助，互相學習。
Third, we should take more physical exercise to keep our bodies and minds healthy.
第三，我們應該多做體育鍛煉，從而保持身心健康。
We should also do housework frequently and learn to be independent.
我們還應該經常做家務，學會獨立。
As long as we work hard, we will be excellent middle school students.
只要我們努力學習，我們就能成為優秀的中學生。
